A company is only as agile as its leadership, and that’s where Talent Gap has an edge. Born and raised in New Zealand, founder Trish Meecham is often described as creative, dynamic, and driven.
Trish’s career has afforded her the opportunity to live and work in Asia for close to twenty years. She has witnessed enormous change and growth in the region due to the rise of China, survived the global financial crisis, and now leans on her personal adaptability to navigate through the covid #19 context.
In an earlier life, Trish spent years backpacking around Africa, Asia and Europe, lived in London and Paris, and also brings all of this experience - resilience, a sense of adventure, curiosity, and compassion - to her work within the corporate world.
