A company is only as strong as its leadership, and that’s where Talent Gap has an edge. Born and raised in beautiful New Zealand, founder Trish Meecham is often described as charismatic, insightful and driven.
Over the course of a life well travelled, Trish has developed a keen instinct about people, much of this driven by necessity as a young female traveller in far flung, and at times dangerous places. She leverages this powerful ‘sixth sense’ in her work now with individuals, teams, and organizations, to get to the heart of what's really important, deliver impactful solutions, and create lasting behavioural change.
Trish’s career has afforded her the opportunity to live and work in Asia, based in Hong Kong, for close to twenty years. She has held permanent and interim project based roles in fintech, financial services and commercial real estate; as well as working across industry with a range of multi-national clients.
