A company is only as strong as its leadership, and that’s where Talent Gap has an edge. Born and raised in beautiful New Zealand, founder Trish Meecham is often described as charismatic, insightful and driven.
Over the course of a life well travelled, Trish has spent years in Africa, India, South East Asia, Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia, as well as closer to home in New Zealand and the South Pacific. Backpacking throughout her twenties, Trish developed a keen instinct about people, much of this driven by necessity as a young female traveller in far flung, and at times dangerous places. She leverages this powerful ‘sixth sense’ in her work with individuals, teams, and organizations, to ‘cut through’ to what's really important, design creative, impactful solutions, and fast track results.
Trish’s career has afforded her the opportunity to live and work in Asia, based in Hong Kong, for close to twenty years. She is an entrepreneur on a mission to radically transform ’old school’ organisations, and to make work a more human experience.
