A company is only as strong as its executive leadership, and that’s where Talent Gap has an edge. Born and raised in beautiful New Zealand, founder Trish Meecham is a unique and driven individual.
Over the course of a life well travelled, Trish has spent years in Africa, India, South East Asia, Europe, the UK, and Scandinavia, as well as closer to home in New Zealand and the South Pacific. Backpacking throughout her twenties, Trish developed a keen instinct about people, much of this driven by necessity as a young female traveller in far flung, and at times dangerous places. She leverages this unique ‘sixth sense’ in her work with individuals, teams, and within organisations.
Trish’s career has afforded her the opportunity to live and work in Asia, based in Hong Kong, for close to twenty years. She is an entrepreneur, thought leader and strategic thinker on a mission to radically transform ’old school’ organisations, and to make work a more human experience.
Please feel free to connect with her.
As business becomes more digital, human qualities like creativity, curiosity and perseverance are critical to delivering innovative solutions. We’re fans of the VIA Character Strengths Assessment. Find out more.
Our next event is by invitation only on Friday March 1st, 2019. A group of thought leaders will gather to discuss ‘The human side of the digital equation. How to grow our people capabilities for greater success?’
We'll provide references and client introductions upon request. For now, here's a snap shot of how we've been described...
'For the first time, I really felt listened to. They didn't try to push their products on me'
